Part-Time Instructor, Women's Studies - FY 2025
Job Description
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by department need. This position may close early if the hiring need is filled or do to volume of applications received.
Developing syllabi and course materials as well as evaluation of mastery of skills and competencies as required by course outcomes. Successful candidates are expected to provide an excellent teaching experience, engage in student advisement and participate in assessment of general education, program and course outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Women's Studies or closely aligned field of study from a regionally accredited college or university with at least 18 graduate credits in the subject being taught (also must be from a regionally accredited college or university).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Women's Studies or closely aligned field of study from a regionally accredited college or university.
- 1 year (two semesters) of teaching Women's Studies courses at the college level.
Salary Information
$925.00 per credit hour. Credits will vary by semester.
